With no knowledge of the plot or subject, last weekend I saw the documentary Tickled.
My boyfriend said he saw an amazing preview for it on Reddit and I (pretty much) trust his judgment on anything movie related.
The documentary follows journalist David Farrier, who accidentally comes across “competitive endurance tickling” videos online. I didn’t even know this was a thing! Did you??? Well, the deeper Farrier looks into the subject, the more he finds out how twisted the whole industry is. I found it fascinating how something so seemingly innocent and juvenile had been turned into such a dark and sadistic business.
Okay, I’m not going to give much else away about the movie because YOU MUST GO AND SEE IT!!!
